Get ready to explore. Solve clues. Discover history. Capture the moment. Dig into God's Word. And discover what it means to live as part of God's faithful remnant. What's at stake?

Each week, the judges will recognize the team demonstrating extraordinary effort. The clues for the week will be given out @ the Thursday Youth Group with the weekly submissions due by the following Wednesday @ 4:00 pm to qualify for weekly prizes. Winners are announced at Thursday Night Youth Group and posted to the website the following Monday.
■ WHAT IS THE REMNANT?
Throughout the Quest, one theme will appear again and again: FAITHFULNESS. The Bible speaks about a people who remain faithful to God—even when life is difficult, culture changes, and following God isn't always easy. The Quest will challenge you to ask: What does it mean for me to remain faithful? Am I ready for Jesus? What does faithful living look like in my generation?
■ HOW THE QUEST WORKS

READ THE CLUE CAREFULLY — Figure out where the clue is leading you.

FIND THE LOCATION — Visit the location with your team during daylight hours.

DOCUMENT YOUR QUEST — Take clear photos of key features and a team selfie.

COMPLETE THE CHALLENGES — Complete the weekly photo, video, observation, creative, Scripture, and reflection challenges.

CONNECT IT TO GOD'S WORD — Write a 1–2 paragraph reflection connecting the experience to God's faithful remnant and readiness for Jesus' return.

GET CREATIVE — Use video, artwork, photography, social-media-style posts, essays, or other creative formats.

TURN IT IN — Submit online or at weekly Youth Group.

Send weekly photos, videos, Bible verses, reflections, artwork, and answers to the weekly challenges. You may also turn in your work at Youth Group. Keep copies of everything for your final portfolio.

Stay together and use the buddy system.

Visit Quest locations during daylight hours.

Use public, safe locations only. No restricted areas, private property, construction zones, or unsafe areas.

Respect property, historical objects, buildings, displays, and landscaping.

Follow local rules, posted signs, park regulations, traffic laws, and staff instructions.

Be aware of traffic, water, terrain, weather, and other surroundings.

Parental/guardian permission is required.

Represent The Remnant Church and Jesus well: be respectful, kind, honest, and helpful.

Don't cheat. Submit your team's actual work.

Accuracy: 30% (Correctly finding and documenting locations.)

Biblical Insight: 30% (Thoughtful reflections linking the site to Scripture and the remnant theme.)

Creativity & Quality: 20% (Clear photos, neat writing, and meaningful additional observations.)

Participation: 10% (Consistent weekly submissions and teamwork.)

Final Portfolio: 10% (Strong summary, personal application, and presentation.)
■ BONUS: Extra recognition may be given for memorizing verses or acts of service showing remnant faithfulness.

EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT: New clue revealed at The Remnant Youth Group.
FOLLOWING MONDAY: That week's clue is posted to the church website.
Following Wednesday: Submissions due by 4:00 pm to qualify for weekly extraordinary effort prize.
EVERY THURSDAY NIGHT: Weekly extraordinary-effort winner announced; winner posted online the following Monday.

How Registered Students Compete:

Read the clue carefully and find the location it describes (public and safe places only). Be smart, be safe, be aware of your surroundings.

Visit the location during daylight hours with your team.

Take clear photos of key features mentioned in the clue and selfies of your team at the location.

Write a brief reflection (1–2 paragraphs) that connects the site to the theme of the remnant—God’s people remaining faithful and ready for Jesus’s return. Use Bible verses to support your thoughts. You may also use videos, art, essays, social media posts, and other materials for your reflection.

Submit: Send photos, videos, art, reflections, and Bible verse connections weekly. Submissions can be done online or at the weekly Youth Group.

Final Week: Submit a complete portfolio summarizing your journey, what you learned, and how it inspires you to be part of God’s faithful remnant.

Behavior: Respect property, stay in public places, travel safely using the buddy system, and follow local rules. Parental consent is required.

Clues for the week will be given out at The Remnant Youth Group each Thursday night and posted to the website on the following Monday.

Weekly gift cards will be awarded to the group that demonstrated extraordinary effort that week. The weekly winners will be announced at the Thursday Night Youth Group and posted to the website on the following Monday.
